Citadel Lock & Security was founded in 2004 by David T. Donnelly Jr. to meet the locksmith and hardware needs of the growing Oswego and surrounding communities. I am a 2nd generation locksmith with over 20 years experience in the industry. My fully trained staff and I are licensed by the State of Illinois and fully insured - Not every locksmith company can say that, and it should matter to you because it demonstrates our professionalism and our commitment to provide quality, professional services in a timely matter.
